100% Refund If Cancelled 15 days before check-in.

50% Refund If Cancelled 8 days before check-in.

No Refund If Cancelled within 7 Days before Check-in. However, if the cancellation is communicated at least 3 days before check-in, a 25% discount will be offered for a future stay, valid within 3 months from the original booking’s check-in date.

Starry Nights Glamps reserves the right to cancel any booking at any time without prior notice, even during the stay. In the event that we initiate a cancellation, a full refund will be provided.

Cancellations from our side may occur due to reasons such as critical equipment failure, extreme weather conditions, government alerts, or the need to accommodate private guests.

Additionally, Starry Nights Glamps reserves the right to cancel bookings without refund in cases of guest misconduct, illegal activities, or disturbances affecting other guests or staff.

In the case of cancellation, Starry Nights Glamps will not arrange alternative accommodations but will adhere to the refund policy as stated above.
